The String Collective's string quartet have played at over 600 weddings and we would be delighted to talk to you about repertoire selection for your special day. On our repertoire page you can hear us play and view suggestions for music during your ceremony.

Airlie has been hiring string players and ensembles for weddings for the last 15 years (from celebrity weddings to weddings on Neighbours!). The String Collective musicians are all award winning soloists and chamber musicians in addition to being extremely well presented and punctual.

Ceremony Packages (your ceremony music explained)

The 1 Hour Ceremony Package:

• 15 minutes of music prior to your ceremony. This sets the mood as your guests arrive at the wedding venue.
• Music throughout the ceremony- The Processional, The Signing of the Register, The Recessional
• 10-15 minutes of music post ceremony as your guests celebrate!

The 1.5 Hour Premium Package:
This package is recommended where the ceremony is longer (i.e. Catholic Mass) or when you are serving drinks directly after the ceremony on location.

• 15 minutes of music prior to your ceremony. This sets the mood as your guests arrive at the wedding venue.
• Music throughout the ceremony- The Processional, The Signing of the Register, The Recessional
• 45 minutes of music post ceremony as you and your guests celebrate. Jazz music is a popular choice for the post ceremony music.
